Our circle discussions explore issues critical to you, to your work, and to your world, with facilitator-led coaching circles that allow for conversation, reflection, and community.

There's no substitute for individualized, professional attention. Explore who you'll be next in one-on-one sessions with a certified coach. Each cohort includes three (3) 1:1 sessions at a reduced rate.

Our cohort experience includes a series of tailored workshops led by an experienced facilitator and inclusive of practice and discussion amongst group members

We acknowledge and encourage individuals to come into sessions with different backgrounds and experiences. Our Pre- and Post-Session Reading Suggestions allow you to advance and continue your understanding.

Once you are part of our community, you’ll always be part of our community! We make ourselves available for one-on-one mentorship and support after the cohort ends.
For cohorts who would like to continue meeting with the support of a facilitator, we offer an ongoing membership option.
Who are these for?
New and Rising Leaders. We encourage individuals who have recently started managing people or who anticipate expanding their work scope to include people management.
All Gender & Gender Identities. While some of our workshops are targeted at women and/or women-identifying leaders, the majority of our cohort experiences are inclusive to all.
Individuals, not Companies. Our cohort experiences are intended for individuals looking to expand their community. For companies looking to create a private experience, exclusively for their employees, please inquire about our custom experiences.

All of our cohorts are intended to be virtual. If our cohort participants are all located in a specific geographic area, we might explore a social meetup as part of our experience.

Each workshop and facilitated discussion is approximately 90 minutes. Coaching sessions are 45 to 60 minutes.

Our participants come from different industries, geographies, and backgrounds. We recommend that leadership cohort participants be experienced professionals who are currently managing cross-functional initiatives or small teams. We recommend advanced managers pursue workshops or 1:1 coaching.

The primary participant for our caregiver cohort is an individual who is newly returning to work after welcoming a child into their family, or an individual who is balancing elder-care or other caregiver responsibilities.

Yes! We recognize that some individuals may have company sponsorship, whereas others are funding this development on their own. If you are funding this on your own and need financial assistance, please reach out to us.

Coaching sessions are focused on individualized opportunities, challenges, and blockers. The agenda for each session is driven by the participant!
